Story Board writers are self-employed and provide an independent service. We may be unable to assist with certain types of enquiry, and have the right to refuse to provide the service.

Story Board and its writers will not, in any circumstances, be liable to the Client or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other losses or damages of any kind, cost or other expense or compensation, arising from use of the service; clients retain sole responsibility for their work.

Privacy Statement: 

We take your right to privacy extremely seriously. We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information. We will not share your information with third parties unless given express permission by you or required to do so by law.

The personal information we collect may include contact details, e.g. name, address, phone number, email address. We do this in order to provide the services requested by you and to communicate with you. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We may collect and store details of your booking and booking history; records of payments, and any other information we need to keep in order to administer your booking. 

By booking, you agree that we may collect and store personal information about you and your interactions with Story Board. We only keep this personal information for as long as it is required in order to provide our services.

Any registration information you enter on Zoom or other platforms will be used solely to enable you to attend the session or event.

You have a right to ask to see what information we hold for you, and the right to ask for that data to be edited or deleted. 

You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time.

If you are unhappy with the way we process your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK data protection authority – the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Their website is www.ico.org.uk.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. Once you have used these links to leave our site, we do not have any control over that other website.
